1. Ownership
A2A University™ is a wholly owned educational program of GiveIQ LLC. All trademarks, curriculum, publications, and digital materials associated with A2A University are the property of GiveIQ LLC.
2. Educational purpose only
Content provided through A2A University is offered strictly for educational and informational purposes. Nothing published or discussed in our courses, residencies, or member portal constitutes legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
3. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GiveIQ LLC, its members, officers, faculty, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a member's use of, reliance upon, or inability to access A2A University content, programs, or events. Participation is voluntary and undertaken at each member's own discretion and risk.
4. No warranty
A2A University programs and materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
5. Member conduct
Members agree to engage with faculty and fellow scholars in good faith, to respect the confidentiality of cohort discussions, and to refrain from redistributing proprietary program materials without written consent from GiveIQ LLC.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which GiveIQ LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
